How do you make gifs

I have loads of really good gifs but i was wondering if anyone knew how to make em. Cos i really want to make my own. Twud be cool

Create the frames (each individual picture to be animated) then compile them using any program you can find. I personally use Animation Shop 3.

I'm not sure about Animation Shop 3, but for any run of the mill Animation program, just go to downloads.com & search for gif under downloads section.
I'd find a good one for you, but I'm well over due for sleep.

I use Photoshop and ImageReady to make my gifs.
They are a bit pricey to buy but are some of the most commonly pirated programs out there if you have any connections at all.
