Why I cant write review?

What should I do to have permision to write reviews and taking screen caps from anime in IA?? I tried to put some pics from DBZ Movies Box but it write that "You Must be logged in or have enough privilages to access this section."

there is 2 separte login/registerations, one for the forum and another one for the website, look for register link at the top bar

Heheh...just the same thing that happened to me when I first wanted to write reviews.

You have to log in right under the http://www.importanime.com. You see the:
Join|Username:________________ Password:_____________ login
