Animeniacs and IA has reviews for AV Galaxy Express 999 TV. But I've also found MI release GE 999 TV. Which is better?

NOTE: MI and AV each has a different cover for TV part 1 but share same cover for TV part 2. Is that correct?

How about the 3 AV Galaxy Express 999 movie (audio/video/subtitle)?
