Considering that this anime was made in the early 1980s, the designs and animation itself cannot be improved despite the technological advantages DVD. However, the screen quality is still very good and still very watchable.
Audio:
The audio is pretty good. Some famous seiyuus actually started here I believe. The music is somewhat 1980s-ish but the sound overall is very audible.

Very underrated anime. Too bad Tomino will always be too attached to Gundam to have this classic recognized.

Great set except once again MI over modulated the audio making the audio to high pitched. Watchable, but the audio is no longer crystal clear as it should be.

This is a good series with a lot of action and a good story, can be politcal sometimes and at others can be action packed(just dont expect fancy stuff, this was made in the early 80's if i remember right). Video: 4/5- Nice and clear, no distortions, colors can be a little dull at times. Audio:4/5- No problems here, no buzzing or abnormalities. subs:4/5- Pretty good stuff here, occasional engrish. Very understandable.
