After murdering the righteous ruler Tentei, the evil Taishakuten seizes control of the world. Legend says that a shimmering six-pointed star would rise and restore peace and justice. The six points being six warriors with great powers. These warriors would supposedly band together and end Taishakuten's terrible reign. At the moment, there are only five: Yasha, the enigmatic master swordsman; Ashura, the mystical child; Ryuoh, the young warrior; Karura, the wise and powerful queen; Sohma, the stealthy ninja.
