Well.. maybe it's that the story is far too complex to squeeze into 3 episodes, or maybe it is the horrible subtitles! Eep! At least the video and audio are really good. It is really better just to buy the U.S. release. Or better yet, just read the manga.. I've got translated scans of it on my site. (yeah I know.. engrish galore. the series itself isn't that fantastic, so i would advice against buying this set, especially b/c the vid quality, and audio are just average. stick w/ the r1 for this one.

To this day, I still really can't figure out what this anime is about. I think the main reason though is the wretched subtitles. Definite Engrish a-plenty on this one. If the plot weren't confusing enough, the indecpiherable subtitles make this impossible to know what's going on. On a positive note, it had very nice sound and video.
