Overall:
Video:
Not the best video, by far. There is a good deal of pixilation and macroblocking that appears durring moments of high action. It seems when they encoded this set there may have been a problem with the deinterlacing, which could have caused the visual issues. Many frames are blended together (ghosting) and cause the distortion. However, for the most part it is not bad enough to disrupt your enjoyment of the series.
Audio:
English 2.0, English 5.1, Japanese 2.0 (I would have prefered the sacrifice of 5.0 if it ment a better video quality, as it does not downgrade well with my 4.1 system, but oh well)
Subtitle:
Subtitles have been changed from their original yellow to a mid-grey. It seems that MI does not like yellow subs, as they have done this with other sets.
Comment:
The box and dvd is very nice. And as allways with MI, be prepaired to suffer with the M-Lock dvd holders.

Video:
I didn't notice any pixelation or blocking. The video was crisp and fast. The colors were clear. I did not watch this on a widescreen television.
Audio:
Great sound. Multi-channel english and japanese. The OVAs music seemed to be louder than the TV episodes.
Subtitle:
Easily read and no mistakes. The color was significant without distracting from the show.
Comment:
This is the set everyone should have waited for. I really can't say anything bad about it.
