Overall:
Video:
Very close to the originals (which we all know were not the very clean)
Audio:
No audio problems. Both voice actors for Vash are funny (Japense and English have their moments)
Subtitle:
The subs are good enough. Plenty of mistakes but nothing to make it unwatchable. If you watch it subbed be prepared to see a lot of "Dash" instead of "Vash"
Comment:
This is a good set just like the FX version (it is the FX version with a different case). If you don't know the story, you have Vash a man with 60 billion $$ (double dollars) on his head and everyone is out to get the bounty. The first half of the series is funny and eases you into the storyline whereas the second half is much more serious. Lets face it if you had to read this to find out what this series is about you haven't been watching good anime up until now (this title should be on any anime fan's shelf).

Video:
The video was almost perfect except their was a skip on the last episode of the first dvd.
Audio:
Audio sounded great nothing bad at all.
Subtitle:
I only spot checked the subtitles and they seemed fine to me.
Comment:
Over all this set is great just like the FX set it was ripped from. The story and animation style is awsome, and is one of my favorite old school anime to watch.
