Overall:
Video:
Video is clear.
Audio:
Sound is TERRIBLE!! There's this big echo on all three discs, everywhere but the openings and endings.
Subtitle:
These are very easily read. That's the only really good thing I can say about them. There's the typical HK spelling errors, punctuation, etc. The really bad thing is that all of the names are the Chinese names, not the Japanese. (Hideyo Yuki has been turned into Haozi, etc.)
Comment:
Between the bad audio and the subs, this series could barely be gotten through. It was like gritting your teeth and getting through it anyway.

Video:
A little bit grainy. And it has a small shadow-like bar on top of the screen (as in the MI Love Hina set).
Audio:
There's too much echo/reverb. I had to turn off the stereo enhancement on my TV, then it was better. May sound worse on surround equipment.
Subtitle:
Average HK originals. Wrong names and the usual dose of typos and grammar errors (singular/plural, I/you etc.). Still perfectly understandable.
Comment:
My subjective overall rating would be better than the sum of above ratings. A nice little anime. Nothing groundbreaking, no must-buy, but I enjoyed it.

Studio: MI Eps: 1-13 Video: 4/5 A bit dark, but this is probably due to the fact that TH is all hand-drawn. Audio: 4/5 Good and clean, no complaints. Subs: 3.5/5 Names are in Chinese (but conveniently listed in the packaging). OP is subbed, not sure about the ED (didn't bother to check). Slightly Engrishy but not too bad overall, typos here and there. Overall, average HK job; this looks to be an older set, before they started going ueber with releases. Chaptering: Episode to episode, no breaks. Bonus: none. Menus: In Chinese and English, still: Play, Subtitles, Chapters.

Video: Very good. A few instances of noise, motion blur, and shaking, but no major problems. Audio: Played back in stereo, there's an echo/reverb effect (like the AC BERSERK), but I acclimatized rather quickly to it. Still, the audio is overall pretty good. Subs: Engrish, with names rendered into Chinese, but, on the whole, pretty easy to follow. I really enjoyed this release - a gentle character study of several high school girls.

Video: 5.0 Excellent video. R2 dvd rip. Video very clear and no bluriness or shaking. DVD quality. Audio: 4.0 No problems here. Audio is pretty good. Subtitles: 3.5-4.0 SInce the series is not very complicated, the script is not very complicated and is ealy to translate. The sub is above average and messing up some of the names is almost in every HK dvd. To Heart is from the same makers of Comic party but not as funny. As always, it revolves around the guy and girls falling for him. More realistic but not as funny and good in IMO as the other shoujo flicks.
