Video:

Simply amazing for only 3 DVDs this is major high quality I haven't encountered any sort of picture problems. Lines and everything is very crisp this has to be a direct R1 rip.

Audio:

Nothing to amazing but sounds very good but really how can you go bad on sound?

Subtitle:

Compared to fansubs this dvd is less accurate many misspelled words. Some of the names are wrong for some reason junior is called kineyu and yomiko is duci. Unless your familiar with the show you may have a hard time understanding the story.

Comment:

This dvd is amazing it is easily up to par with all my Tenchi DVDs and totally blows away my ROD OAV DVD. I think that my DVD version my be diffrent then the one in this section because this website says this dvd is under AMAC logo but during the first episode the green M pops up in the corner I know this is a diffrent company so there may be two diffrent versions of this DVD. The box is also very professional with lots of art all over it. If your going to buy this DVD try to make sure you get the green M company version not sure what company this is but they make the best version of this show.

Video:

The video was a tv rip for the 1st 13 episodes, it was ok but had a lot of ghosting and wavy lines, after that from the 13th to the 26th episodes it was much better.

Audio:

Audio was very good AC3 stereo, no hissing or buzzing.

Subtitle:

Subtitles were very good, almost R1 in quality, there were a few minor grammatical errors in the last 10 episodes, all in all-very well done.

Comment:

I loved the ova series, this was just as good or better as they had time to develop the characters and the story was very interesting. This has a lot to recommend it, action by the bucket full, interesting characters, exotic locations, I'll probally rewatch it soon. I reviewed the MAC version.
