Overall:
Video:
Looks like a DVD rip
Audio:
Sound seems fine - but I'm not that picky
Subtitle:
Not fansubs. Still reasonably understandable. Occasional mistimings, some errors in tenses, and occasionally the wrong person is referred to. Still not bad - the dialog is fairly simple, so it's easy to follow.
Comment:
Wild striker is about a first year high school student whos brother plays for AC Milan. He has some issues with his brother, which is why he stopped playing soccer. He joins the HS soccer team (of course). The plays and strategy in the soccer games are fairly stupid, though, and the players don't seem to know things that 10 year olds on competitive soccer teams in the US already know. Still, it's an enjoyable series, and I'll probably pick up vol2 when it comes out.
