VOLTS, a group that was fear by many in Unlimited City. Their 4 leaders, Ginji, Shido, Futoin and Makubex were among the most powerfull in the area. One day, Ginji Amano left the city and decide with Ban Mido to start Get Backers, who purpose was to find missing objects, bodyguarding for a fair price. After Ginji left, Shido and Futoin decide to part also from VOLTS leaving Makubex alone. However, Makubex doesn\'t forget easily and decides to recruit former personnel of VOLTS and rival group to start conquering Unlimited City again. Ginji, Ban and a couple of old foes goes to the city again to bring Makubex down cause he got the power to create a nuclear bomb to anihialed the entire world.
