What can I say? I watch my anime on a 24 inch tv.. the only way I'm gonna give a low score on video is if I notice something that detracts from my viewing and I didn't notice anything.. So there's a perfect 5 from me.
Audio:
Again, no complaints.. I didn't notice any sound dropoff.. But then again, if I think the sound's a little too low, I turn it up.. if I think it's too high, I turn it down. I advise all of you to do the same. ;) Seriously, though, I didn't notice any issues with the sound on this title.

The subs are in perfect english, no engrish in sight. They're very understandable.. Yeah, there are typos, and some missing lines, but this is a HK release, right? Thru the first 2 discs, the missing line problem wasn't too bad. It gets a little worse around the end of disc 3 into disc 4.. Missing lines bug me. But, I could still understand what was going on and by no means are the subs so bad that I regret buying this set.
Comment:
Great release by AS, slightly marred by less than perfect subs and the fact hat there is one ep missing on the last disc.. It says there's 9 eps but in reality there's 8. It's ep 44 or 45 that's missing. It's not a critical episode by any means but it would've been nice to see. I really enjoyed watching this set and I'm happy I bought it. I'd recommend it to fans of magical girl anime, as long as they don't mind a couple of mechs thrown in. =)

Now if you are watching this I assume you have seen the first season. With that in mind I can in with an open mind knowing that this season was going to be a darker Cephiro, but man this is too dark. It seams like the Animators took a pay cut or the budget was cut in half compared to the first season. You can really see this in the girl?s costumes compare some side be side pics of the two from season 1 and you can clearly see the detail is not there. Oh and for the record it?s not due to the DVD. Bought the R-1s and it?s the same.
Audio:
It gets a score between 3.75 and 4. It?s hard because at times the sound is great for the most part but there are times when the sound level jumps up and the drops off. But for the most part well done.

no real pleasure here. There are some missed ques and the same sub will stay in place when there is no dialogue. Kind of a bummer but I have seen worst. Gundam X anyone??
Comment:
Magic Knights Rayearth Season 2 ? Ok we are taken back to Cephiro in what we can all agree is a good thing considering the surprise twist and end to the first season. But is this trip back going to make us all happy or just leave us wanting / needing more? well? I?ll let you decide. Plot / Characters - Hikaru, Umi, and Fuu all get taken back to Cephiro only to find that all there hard work to save the land has brought a world where the is to pillar and that means Cephiro is very unstable. And to top it all off we find out that Cephiro is being invaded and anyone one of the three invading worlds has the possibility to become Cephiro?s new pillar. Bad news time to get to work girls call the Mechs it?s robot-fighting time. Rap up ? Well, I hope I don?t get any hate mail for this. The series 1st season ended with a bad taste left are mouths. The 2nd season tries to help easy the pain but is more like Novocain. Your glad to get while the dentist is working, but soon or later it wears off and your have a throbbing left after words. My biggest complaint is that everyone falls in love, but for one reason or another can?t express it, afraid to, or on are end were going why him the one you should be with is him. It leaves you with a headache and no more Advil. As a standard I will try to pitch the show in one sentence Dubbed the ?One shot? One Shot ? MKR leaves you with a better ending than the end of the first season, and that alone is enough to watch it through.
