Video:

The video looked real good, a little grainy in places as previously mentioned, but I've heard also that the ADV release isn't amazing anyway, but it doesn't detract from the animation, which by the way is rather gorgeous. I noticed only 2 tiny, tiny spots of pixallation so this isn't an issue.

Audio:

I don't know if this is supposed to have a surround track or if it was my AV receivers Pro Logic II decoder but this set sounded amazing with some really good surround effects.

Subtitle:

I didn't look at much of the sub tracks but what I saw was OK. I didn't watch enough of it subbed to say whether many of the subs were missing.

Comment:

An excellent little set. Generator Gawl is good series, it has lovely animation, a good and somewhat funny plot (if maybe a little slow in the middle couple of episodes) and decent characters. I really liked the mech designs - especially Gawl's. I'd recommend this set to anyone.

Video:

I believe it's a rip from the Mac set, so it's a R1 rip. There's some Grainess to the Video, but i think it's due to the source , since i read the R1s aren't that great to start with...

Audio:

Contaisn Japanese and English Audio (you will need it, if you dont know japanese :( )

Subtitle:

It's a R1 rip, but something like 30% / 40 % of the subs are missing (since this is a rip from the MAC set that also has lots of missing lines). You will need to watch the show in English to understand it. The English Audio track is also very different from the Subs, so if you leave the Subs with English Audio you will find lots of differences between what they say and the Subs

Comment:

Contains no Extras. Menus are in English. Unfortunatelly MI instead of doing their own rip, just ripped MAC's set, so the Sub Problem remains. Buy it only if you don't mind / like to watch the show Dubbed.
