Overall:
Video:
Not to bad , but there were some fuzzy areas here and there.
Audio:
Ok, no buzzing, hissing, etc.
Subtitle:
Lots and lots of engrish, I could make out the context but others might have trouble.
Comment:
I wasn't impressed by this series at all, it seems like I've seen the same 3 themes in other places, in other words-very little originality. My set was also messed up-couldn't see the last 2 episodes, no big loss. On my not reccommended list.

Video:
The art quality is sparse but decently sharp and the colors, while a bit too pastel for me, fit the light-hearted and spontaneous tone of the series.
Audio:
Standard fair for a somewhat uninspired cheezy series. The songs were kind of catchy, except they played the same 2 or 3 repeatedly...
Subtitle:
Pretty bad. You could still tell what they were trying to say, but at best it was an annoying task.
Comment:
The discs I had were messed up and wouldn't let me see the final 2 shows. But you know what, I was glad. Either this was done by the same people who did Excel Saga (I'm too lazy to research), or they were trying to totally rip-off their style, with little success. They throw any attempt at story-telling out the window when they pull stunts like finally reaching the moon (mid-way through, so no real spoiler there...) and suddenly there's a huge rock stadium there waiting for them to perform. I would have so many unanswered questions, but by that point I just wanted it to end. Avoid this boring, tedious series.
