Overall:
Video:
No problems to speak of. This has great colour, no noticeable pixelation, and excellent detail throughout the movie. It's another release that is well encoded with a bit rate that runs between 3 - 4 during still shots and jumps up to 6.5 - 7.5 during action scenes.
Audio:
Great volume levels and clean stereo seperation. No exciting special dolby types though... just your basic stereo release.
Subtitle:
Almost perfect. Well timed and easy to read with mostly excellent translations. The only thing keeping it from perfection are a few moments of awkward language that could probably have been translated better. Of course, I'm super picky in this department and these are just a hair away from being perfect translations.
Comment:
This is an ok Lupin adventure. I'm not too fond of this art style and it has to be the WORST looking Fujiko I've ever seen in a Lupin story. What's up with the bags under her eyes? If you're jonesing for more Lupin then this might fit the bill for you. Take a look at the screen shots so you know what the character design is like.
