Well, there's no remaster of it, so this is the best you're going to get. It's not that hot, but as there's nothing better, I don't want to rate it too low, and drag down the total score. What I mean is that it's not AS' fault that the video isn't up to par, so I'm not going to give them a lower score.

Audio:

Subtitle:

Fine and dandy. The timing seemed odd, but wasn't off (not enough for me to be sure anyway). Again, not AS' fault, as far as I can tell.

Comment:

I love this series. God I love it. Why won't they remaster this and AD police? (they being the US company that has the rights... Manga, i think?) It'd make for some nice MAC releases. And where's my NEW Dominion Tank Police, darnit!?
