I did watch the R1 version and this was just about identical to the hk version, didn't notice any pixilattion or macroblocking to mention.

Audio:

Audio was perfect stereo, no problems. To restate what has been mentioned before, this was never dubbed into english, so just original jap soundtrack.

Subtitle:

As an R1 rip subs were as good as you could possibly ask for, no problems whasoever.

Comment:

This was a short trip into humour, god, it was funny. I've seen all the elements present here before, but they were well used here. Good blast of humour, go ahead and get it and laugh yoir ass off.

Comment:

This is a funny series of good spirits ghostbusting evil spirits. The holy council group members are especially charming :- a Shinto priest's daugher who has reverse Lolita complex, a Buddist monk's son who is obsessed with the school's toilet beauty queen, and the spiritually-endowed Christian minister's son who seeks every opportunity to get out of the club. My favorite ghost of the 7 on-call ghostbusters is the Big Foot ;-).

Comment:

I found the quality of this release to be very well done. The reason no dub was included is because a dub was never made for it. Aside from that though, I would say that this is an almost perfect R1 rip. For some reason though, the subtitles would disappear for a few seconds in a couple of spots scattered throughout the episodes. It was just a minor annoyance though. Overall I would recommend it.

Comment:

Very good video, audio and subs. Its a rip of the US release minus dub, so everthing is pretty much perfect. The only thing I noticed was some very slight pixelation in the video at one point, but it was hardly bad enough to hurt the title. A great buy.
