A great R1 rip as previously stated there is no pixelation and everything is flawless. MAC did a pretty good job on this no problems at all period despite its age. I posted some screenshots to show what the picture looks like.

Audio:

The dub was alright not the best but nowhere near the worst and it was loud and clear the Japanese version was clear as well.

Subtitle:

The subs are pretty good as far as I can tell and I didn?t notice any problems. There white subs with a black outline you can see them in the last few screenshots I posted.

Comment:

The art sort of looked like X the movie due to its age but I can?t say for sure since I haven?t seen the movie in months. But if you?re expecting an anime with newer art like X TV you will be very disappointed. But if you don?t mind older animation types than this isn?t bad. But I don?t know if I would recommend or not. Also if you try to compare it to X period if you see this second you will be quite disappointed I really didn?t see much of a connection and X is a lot better overall.

Great region 1 rip but I still felt the video lacked the quality it deserves. I'm guessing that the problem is that I was hoping that the quality was similar to the quality of X but considering its age it does have it's finer points. The video itslef was very clear, don't think there was any problems with picture quality. Overall this video was great but the animation was not what I was expecting. Damn you X for raising my standards so high. Considering age of film, good Stuff

Audio:

Audio was crstal clear, again I'm asuming this was an region 1 production ripp. Can't complain about anything on this little gem. Listed to this DVD on Altec lansing 200 watt something and the bass was very nice. Overall this DVD is a nice set of tokyo babylon. Good STuff

Subtitle:

Good stuff here. The subtitles do their duty well, no complaints here. Subtitles are nice and bright so nothing is lost interms of meaning, This set won't fail, probably because it came from a region 1 production ripp but here is nothing worng with that. Good stuff!

Comment:

I started watching expecting something different because it is a part of the x universe or, is it the other way around seeing as this was its predecessor. Anyway i was dissapointed interms of comparison but If i had never seen x before this would of been my first outing in this soon to be chaotic world, I would have had better thoughts about this series. I was nice and that all i can really say about it. Pretty good stuff>

Comment:

This has a certain link with the well known series Clamp X: This story revolves around Subaru, his sister, and his best friend ( which is the bad guy in clamp x ) but know this happens way before the series. It's how the trio were such friends before the tragedy occured in the series, despite that it's still a god 2 part episodes. They could of actually done a series alone with those three since in the ending they kinda left it opened to figure out why Subaru's best friend has powers but no one knows about them but himself. i recommend it for those that like some spells and a few twists in the story and detective in it too. Number of episodes : 2 episodes of 40 minutes each with opening and ending each extras: - what makes clamp so different than other anime shows - art gallery - trailer of Tokyo babylon You could practicly think this is an ADV made since the quality is so great!! I recommend it
