Again, I seem to differ from many reviewers. The first disc had minimal pixilation but skipped around quite a bit. About every two episodes seemed to skip every once in a while. Not a huge deal, but it was annoying. Disc two on the otherhand, was next to perfect. The only episode that skipped even once was miller's report and there was almost no pixilation on it either that I could tell.
Audio:
Pretty good audio. Oddly, the sound quality for Miller's Report was aweful in English. It sounded like they were talking into a tin can. The Japanese version, however, sounded very good.
Subtitle:
These are some great subtitles. I watched a few episodes in Japanese and I didn't see any Engrish at all.

Great Gundam series. If you like Gundam or giant robots you will love this show.

The video on the first disc is well awesome while disc 2 is a different story. From episodes 7-12 there is artifacting and pixellation on high action scenes. While 7-12 are crammed bad Miller's report and the extra OVA are fine.
Audio:
Perfect english and japanese audio.

R1 source!

I love this little series. It has the classic balance of action and drama that all Gundam series posess. Not a bad show in the least bit.

Video for both OVA and film is perfect, no pixallation, nothing. Doesn't get a five because for the first 30 seconds or so at the beginning of episode 12 the video is a bit screwed up.
Audio:
The sound for the OVA was spot on, no complaints at all, but the sound on the movie sounded like it had been slightly synthesized, and sounded a little peculiar.
Subtitle:
Watched a few of the episodes and found no problems at all.
Comment:
A nice little package with excellent discs and lovely gatefold packaging. A superb story that again has a very involving plot and again asks some deep questions about the ethics of war. Terrific character development and action sequences and the design of the Apsalus Zeon suit is sooo cool. This is a fantastic series that I highly recommend. Even though there is little new animation, the film does a lot to the sub plot of Shiro's court marshall and develops the character further, it's a worthy edition to the OVA storyline. I have heard rumours that this set has now been discontinued.

Perfect R1 rip. No pixilation or anything
Audio:
Perfect on both languages for the OVA, but the English track for Miller's Report sounded crackly. Doesn't matter though, the movie doesn't add much new.
Subtitle:
Zeon and Federation are called "Zeeks" and "Feddies" after the dub, but it doesn't matter. The subs are perfect.
