I own both parts of HanaDan that are both from AnimeCartoon/Mac and don't really differ from each other in quality. And as I already wrote a review for the first box I'll shorten this review a bit:
Video quality is good for its age and the style in which HanaDan is made will make you addicted to it.
Audio:
I couldn't find any disturbances, Opening and Ending are great!
