Looks like a TV Rip for me. It´s not bad though. But not as good as a DVD Rip. ;-)
Audio:
No problems here.
Subtitle:
The Subtitles are all right. I didn´t watch all Episodes yet, but they were good. Names are correct, just some Engrish. You know what they mean, so it´s easy to understand.
