I have to disagree with you there buddy........ Unless you've already watched the fansubs, there's no way you'll be able to follow the story!........ Video 8/10 Good. MUCH better than the shitty fansubs I saw, but still not at the TOP of DVD standards Audio 8/10 not as bad as the Love Hina 3 disc set from AS, but you can notice a reverb sound. It kinda sounds like they're talking in a stadium the whole time. Almost unnoticeable at times though. Subs 1/10... They only get a 1 because at least the subs are TIMED correctly!!! This is another HK phuck up! Completely unable to follow, mispelled words, they even have Chinese(different) names...... What I don't understand is..... if you can clearly HEAR them saying thier names in the anime, why the hell would you give them different names or mispell them..........For example, Hiroyuki(real name) = Haoki & Akari(real name) = Mika... basically they CHOSE to mispell the names & completely disregarded thier actual Japanese names. My suggestion is see the fansubs first, then U can watch the DVD for the video quality & just have a basic idea of what's going on If they ever come out w/ a R1 of this, I"ll DEFINITELY buy it!!! seein as how there ar NO good quality alternatives!

The picture is really crisp. The subs are, as usual, bad but enough to follow what it going on. There was the typical name problems in that they were... wrong. I was a little bored until I got 2 or 3 episodes into it. It was a really good laid-back anime about Japanese school life and stuff. Well... there was a hint of sci-fi to it. Like paranormal powers and a robot-girl and stuff. It was really enjoyable!
