Another cool series form the early 80's Yamato 3 takes us back to the days of old style space opera, a new and omnious danger threathens Earth, after the human race barely survived the war with the Gamillas and with the Comet Empire an stray missile form a battle between the Galman Empire and the Bolar Federation plunges the sun into an uncontrollable nuclear fusion, Yamato is once again called into action to save the human race. Action, adventure, romance, comedy and sacrifice fill this adventure as our heroes travel toward the center of the Milky Way encountering old and new enemies, not everything is as it seems... the Space Battleship Yamato series has my full recommendations, watch it and be inspired by these tales of bravery and sacrifice in the face of unsurmountable odds to save our world from destruction

Very, very good HKs. Sometimes names are a little off or the wrong person is referred to, but completely understandable. Sometimes Starsha is referred to incorrectly and a few times a crew member was called 'Shower'. Also, the original captain was referrred to with the wrong name. Timing is excellent on the whole. But, really top, like the better Lupin subs.

Just as much fun as series one and two, but with some more twists and turns. Great, one of my favourite series even with over 1000 discs. Some of these old series are so good. also check out Galaxy Express 999. Role on Yamato movies!!!!!!!!
