Overall:
Video:
The video is great throughout this release with the exception of a few dark scenes where some shadow detail is lost. This is a very minor problem. Overall, the colours are great and I didn't find any noticeable pixelation during the show. The compression used for this movie is excellent so the bit rate slows down to 3.0 kbs during still frames and jumps up to 6.7 kbs during action scenes. One small note, this was originally produced for TV so there are some odd edits where the commercials would have gone. I would have liked to see bumpers in these places rather than the abrupt edits that end up happening.
Audio:
Great basic stereo sound here. Superb volume levels and no funky noises present at all. The sound is well balanced between music, voice, and sound FX.
Subtitle:
Excellent subtitles in this release. They are well timed and easy to read. I bumped it down a half notch from perfect due to some odd grammar that makes you think a bit as to what was said in one or two places. This is me being very picky.
Comment:
I really enjoyed this telling of how Lupin and the gang got together. It has all the classic elements that make a Lupin movie great.

Video:
Video was superb. Minor instances of weirdness, but only in the very beginning and ending, so that was probably intended. The slight line anti-aliasing thing was probably not intended however. That was just the first like 1 and a half minute, though. Everything else looked AWESOME. The best you'll ever see Lupin.
Audio:
I almost never give full 5 here, as I never get to try all the options available, unless there's only one option. That being said, I have no complaints, and I'd go so far as to say it was good.
Subtitle:
Subtitles were great. Don't recall ever having any troubles with them at all. If there were any problems, they just weren't big enough to stick out in my mind. I give 'em a 5.

Wow. Absolutely awesome show. A million times better than Return of Pycal. A lot longer, too. Pretty long for Lupin, or at least it seemed that way. This show is absolutely a must for fans, and for anyone who's never seen Lupin, I now suggest this, instead of my old standby, The Castle Cagliostro. Just plain good.
