Video: 4.5/5 Don't see any problems. Very good. Audio: 4.5/5 Can't really say anything about 5.1 or whatever, I'm using a PC 2-speaker system. Had no problems. Subs: 4.5/5 Excellent subs, considering there were some technical stuff in the dialogues. All were translated marvelously - I can't verify on the accuracy though, 'cos I'm not a medical student (-_-) Nice anime, though it's very short (about 60 minutes) and there is no beginning, or ending. You land right in the middle of an ongoing story. I'd like to see more of it, but unfortunately, there is none. Caution: contains violence, gore, nudity and adult situations.

Rip of R1 so no need to worry. Too bad that the 5.1 track is in english and that the movie is only 60 minutes even though its entertaining.
