Video:
Video quality is true as what previous reviewer BeardFan has stated. Yet, it does not rob away the pleasure of watching this title.
Audio:
Disk 1 and disk 3 have good audio (volume wise). Disk 2 audio is more subdued hence needs to crank up the stereo volume to watch. Disk 2 also has background noise. Yet, I still enjoy watching this title.
Subtitle:
N/A because I was watching in Chinese subs and it's good.
Comment:
I've most definitely enjoyed Pita-Ten more so than Azumanga Daiou (AD is my first kawai anime watch). Pita-Ten is funny (ep 1 immediate grapped me with its innocent humor) and sincere. Besides from its apparent kawai drawings, Pita-Ten is encompassed with more than it looks. The humor between angel and demon is refreshing. It touched me as I watch characters strive to live on to attain 'shiawase'='happiness'. I'm also charmed by Mesa-san's 'ti-hi-hi-hi' and 'san-kyu-su'. If you don't mind kawai drawings, I will unhesitantly recommend Pita-Ten. P.s I cried in the last episode ;-p.

Video:
This is a TV-rip, recorded with DVD-recorder. Sometimes you even see a small "record to DVD-RAM" window. IMO the quality was allright. There are some shadows and stuff due to the TV source and there is slight pixelation, but all in all I was satisfied with the video quality.
Audio:
In one episode I noticed a change in volume, otherwise very good.
Subtitle:
Original HK subs, lots of typos, some names messed up and sometimes names get switched to the wrong character. Also some moments when parts of the subs didn't make sense (especially in one episode where suddenly the subs told about "computer" and "printer"). But don't be scared, overall the subs are very understandable.
Comment:
Watching this series really made me feel good. If you can live with the only slightly above average quality, I can really recommend this set.
