Very good video, but every now and then there would be a glitch in the video (like a frame popping up for a slit second, and then leaving again). It's not really that bad, but it seemed to happen more often on the later episodes.
Audio:
Very good audio. Nothing really wrong with it, and is very crisp (at least at the volume that I watched it).

These are direct M rips. They do have openings and endings, and overall are good. Very much recomended for anyone who likes comedy.
