It has a really cool cover, and a good premise for the plot. Superhumans blowing the crap out of everything... how can you go wrong? Unfortunately there wasn't much good about this besides some brief spurts of violence. There was practically no plot development and the transfer from sequence to sequence was really jarring as they just fade to black and then resume again and some time has passed in the story. The subtitles were horrible, they gradually get worse the further you get into the anime. They're barely understandable and take some stretch of the imagination to decipher, but you can understand it if you're really desperate to get this anime, which is why it gets a 2 there instead of a 1 for subtitles. The video quality/animation were pretty lackluster as well. Didn't have any problems with sound, or they might've just gone unnoticed in the face of larger problems.
