Overall, very good. But in at least one episode, the dark or night scenes are poorly contrasted. Not sure if this is due to a fault in recording or the film itself.
Audio:
Nothing wrong here but I don't think it is 5.1 but should be at least STEREO.

Mostly perfect -- definitely English here!!!
Comment:
Anyone who is into the hack-and-slash genre MUST really get this anime -- it is really AWESOME. Seriously, there isn't even a dull moment. Ending was kind of like Evangelion though -- hint: it gets REALLY BLOODY. Music is swell too -- conveys the mood prefectly.

The video quality itself is very clear but because the show itself is in such a dark environment, it can be a little tough on the eyes at times. Overall though the picture quality is great!!!
Audio:
The audio is quite clear, but you may have to turn the volume up a notch or two because of a somewhat quiet recording. Nothing to actually argue about.
Subtitle:
The subtitles are fantastic!!! Words are clearly seen and they are spelled correctly as well. Some of the best subtitles I have seen!!!

This series is a must have!!!! If you like medieval stories, fantasy, monsters, and blood, then this show is for you. GET IT NOW!!!

This is the same as the AS set which was a rip of the AC/MI set. Video: 3/5 Lots of grain and noise, colours also bleed. DVD player had some problems reading the disc on one occasion but it lasted for a short time (less than a minute). Audio: 4/5 Fake HK 5.1, theres a small echo. Not the greatest but it is in synch and clear enough. Audio track is in 2.0 stereo only. Subtitles: 5/5 One of the best of any HKDVD set I own, must be from fansubs. Extras : Has a bonus episode that is not subbed. The episode contains clips from the series and some music videos. The show kicks ass and you will forget about the low quality picture very quickly because you will be too involved in the show
