I remember Bubblegum crisis as an incredible, well animated, anime series. I first saw it in the mid-to-late 80's when it was new and (at the time) breath taking. My memories are unfortunely better than the actual series. Now its just crap. It doesn't hold up -even compared to anime programs twice it's age! The DVD set itself is great (although i have not watched the second disc yet). If you're an oldschool completist- get it. If not, just avoid at all cost. edited by Vicnuts on 07 Oct 2002 9:05 pm
