Is the Street Fighter Alpha movie the uncut original?

The Street Fighter Alpha box looks a lot like the American version. Does that mean that it is the American version that is being sold?

yes, and the US release is not cut, the only difference between the US and Original Release is that US put the 2 episodes together while Original release has the credits between the episodes
