Does AV sets have slip cases?

I am just wondering, do new seal AV gatefold sets come with slip covers? I ask this because I remember awhile back when I traded with a user on this forum, he said it arrived sealed without a slipcase. And now I am wondering........ Do they have slip cases or not?

Bought my last AV set about 2 years ago but yes, it does have a slipcover. Don't know if they changed anything in the meanwhile.

This month, I got AV perfect collections like Gungrave, Wolf's Rain and GitS SAC 1st gig. The first two are MI-rips. All of them have clear slipcases.
