Is there any way to track an order? I order some dvds last month and they haven't arrived. It has been about 4 weeks, i read it can take up to 2 weeks. What can I do to find out about my order?

ask JJ and also it takes time to get through customs and even longer if your package looks suspecious. so if its not there by now something has to be up with it.
