ordering gatefold cases

Is there a place you could order gatefold cases?

As far as I know, Flora (of FX) is the only person you can get them from. I can't remember his email at the moment (I think it's [email protected] but another member probably knows for sure).
But, Good luck trying to get the gatefolds from him. I have a topic on ArticNightfall (the best forum when it comes to HK discussion) about how I've emailed him on multiple occasions just trying to get gatefolds and I never got a response. Even when I try and get blank gatefolds in bigger orders (ordering discs too) I don't get a response
