Sounds like a pretty bad idea to me. The only kind of dates that you find off the internet are bad ones. Unless you just like crazy ass people, if that's the case then go for it.

I think it's not legal for you as a 14 year old to put your ad in a paper or dating service. Most of them require you to be 18 or 19 at least.

I totaly agree with you on this. You could have some very un-happy people on your hands if you lie about your age.

lol. surely you've met an 18 yr old or two with poor spelling and/or grammer.

err. i would just use an online networking joint to meet people. i have friends who've scored interesting and attractive dates that way. don't put out a formal ad, tho. no one should have to do that until they are at least 37 or living someplace with a hostile dating environment.

What would be the reason for putting a ad on the net where you could possibly end up with a date with some 50 year old bald guy with a beer gut?? I mean there have got to be plenty of girls around your hometown. Just give it some time before you go to the extreme of opting for a net date.
