Since all those are licensed, everyone has taken them down. But I'd rather punch myself in the face before suggesting you buy Tokyopop's Love Hina release...

so go to http://www.scriptclub.org , join, then go to scrips, manga, and Love Hina, and they have the scans for the first three volumes.
