I know alot of people would probably shoot me for this.. but there is also Gimp which is the standard photo editing on Linux there is a windows port of it. with all teh plugins and such.. Its free and you can pretty much do everything in it that you can do in Photoshop just a little different learning curve. http://www.gimp.org
