I'm looking for a decent CD ripper that isn't filled with Ad/Spyware. So far I'm not having much luck with finding one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

he's looking for a CD ripper. I use these two:
Audio Catalyst and CD-DA Ripper XP to make the Wav files. I use Lame (with the Razor Lame front end) to make my mp3s.

Maybe you wanna check out Freerip 2.7?
I don't know much about this new version 2.7, but the older versions were ad/spyware free. Only thing was that they had a display for links to sponsors: Amazon.com and one other one. Those are totally harmless and are not really adware at all, rather just stationary built-in links, which won't bother at all. Very compact (1.2 MB) and easy to use.
edit: This program makes both wav and mp3 files.
