yes it is but the voice actor of excel changes in mid way of the series and i don't particualry like the second actor myself but anyways its a pretty good dubbed check it out plz

Excel was funny for the first 5 or 6 eps. But after that, it's kind of so-so. I didn't managed to get pass ep 9. Heh....
